Website operator

Irish Remote Job operates irishremotejob.com and is directly responsible for the programme and services presented on this website.

Programme and terms enquiries: hello@irishremotejob.com

1. Our business and your agreement

Irish Remote Job owns and operates the business presented on irishremotejob.com.

We manage the advertised services and programme, including the website, recruitment of applicants, application reviews, onboarding, programme administration and ongoing participant support.

Google Ads campaigns linking to irishremotejob.com promote our own services, not those of an unrelated advertiser. Irish Remote Job is the first-party business responsible for these advertised services.

These conditions govern use of irishremotejob.com and participation in the Irish Remote Job programme after acceptance. Using the website or sending an application means you agree to these conditions.

2. Applying and qualifying

Applicants must live in Ireland and be at least 18 years old. Our team reviews applications, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.

All application and onboarding details must be complete and accurate. Misleading information may result in an application being declined or participation being ended.

Onboarding includes identity verification. Task access and payments cannot begin until that check is complete.

3. Independent work and responsibilities

Members participate as self-employed independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of Irish Remote Job. You handle your own tax obligations, including Revenue registration and declaring income.

You decide which assignments to accept. Once accepted, a task must be completed to the standard specified in its brief.

We set neither minimum nor maximum working hours. To remain active, complete at least one task during each 90-day period.

4. Earnings and approval

You can see the payment for each task before accepting it. Approved tasks are paid in euro through SEPA, subject to the minimum withdrawal shown on the platform.

There are no joining or subscription charges, or withdrawal fees above the stated minimum.

Tasks that fall short of the brief receive specific feedback and, where possible, an opportunity for revision. Only approved work qualifies for payment.

5. Using the platform fairly

Only submit your own work. Do not automate task completion, disclose client materials outside the platform or register multiple accounts for one person.

Do not disrupt irishremotejob.com or bypass its security checks or identity verification.

Violations may result in immediate termination, with payment withheld for work connected to the breach.

6. Leaving or suspension

You may leave at any time by sending written notice to hello@irishremotejob.com. Any approved work awaiting payment will be paid on the next payout date.

We may pause or end participation if these conditions are breached, quality or fraud issues arise, or the law requires it. Where reasonably possible, we will explain our reasons.

7. Ownership of materials and work

The Irish Remote Job name, website content, training resources and task briefs are owned by us or our licensors. Written permission is required to copy or reuse them outside the programme.

Approved submissions are delivered to the relevant client according to the task brief. You retain only the rights in delivered work that the brief expressly provides.

8. Limitations of responsibility

The website is supplied on an "as is" basis. We promise neither a minimum number of tasks nor a minimum income. Earnings depend on the assignments you accept and complete.

To the extent allowed by Irish law, Irish Remote Job is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities resulting from website use or programme participation.

These conditions do not exclude liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

9. Irish law and disputes

Irish law governs these conditions. Disputes arising from them fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

If one condition is found unenforceable, the other conditions remain effective.

10. Getting in touch

For questions about these conditions or participation, email hello@irishremotejob.com or write to Irish Remote Job, Dockgate, Merchants Road, Galway, H91 X2R6, Ireland.
